Honey Garlic Chicken Wings
This is a very basic, oven-baked spicy Honey Garlic Chicken Wing sauce.

Equipment
Pre-heat Oven/Air Fryer to 375°F
Ingredients
Honey Garlic Sauce
- ½ cup Honey
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 tbsp Ground Garlic
- ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
Baked Chicken Wings
- 12 Chicken Wings
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Canola Oil
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
Procedure
Baked Chicken Wings
- Toss the chicken wings in canola oil, then lay out on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil
- Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, then cook in a Convection Oven or Air Fryer at 375°F until very light brown
Honey Garlic Wings
- While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce by combining all ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat
- Stir constantly for 4-5 minutes, or until the sauce starts to reduce and thicken
- Remove from heat and coat the baked chicken wings before serving. Garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
