Pizza Dough

This is a very simple pizza dough recipe that can be prepared in a short amount of time

Equipment

Pre-heat Oven to 475°F

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • ¾ cup Warm Water
  • 1 tsp Instant Dry Yeast
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Bread Flour
  • 1 tbsp Salt

Procedure

  1. Dissolve honey in warmed water, add yeast and allow to hydrate
  2. Add olive oil and flour, knead the dough to window-pane consistency
  3. Allow dough to briefly proof at this point, then knead in salt
  4. Cut dough into two equal portions, roll into ball, cover and proof until doubled in size (approximately 2 hours)
  5. Add toppings and bake at 475°F
