This is a simple plain cheesecake recipe that is quick to whip up using a pre-made graham cracker crust.

Pre-heat Oven to 350°F

Ingredients

  • 1 Premade Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  • 2 Packages Cream Cheese (8oz Blocks)
  • ⅔ Cup Sour Cream
  • ⅔ Cup White Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs

Procedure

  1. Start by combining the cream cheese and white sugar in a stand mixer
  2. When the mixture has softened, add the sour cream, vanilla extract and eggs
  3. Continue to mix until fully combined, then pour into a pre-made pie crust and bake for about 1 hour at 350°F
  4. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before chilling in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Serve with cherry topping
