Cheesecake, Plain
This is a simple plain cheesecake recipe that is quick to whip up using a pre-made graham cracker crust.

Equipment
Pre-heat Oven to 350°F
Ingredients
- 1 Premade Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- 2 Packages Cream Cheese (8oz Blocks)
- ⅔ Cup Sour Cream
- ⅔ Cup White Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs
Procedure
- Start by combining the cream cheese and white sugar in a stand mixer
- When the mixture has softened, add the sour cream, vanilla extract and eggs
- Continue to mix until fully combined, then pour into a pre-made pie crust and bake for about 1 hour at 350°F
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool before chilling in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Serve with cherry topping
