Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Pre-heat Oven to 400°F

Ingredients

  • 16 tbsp Melted Butter Salted, (2 Sticks)
  • 2 ¼ cups Bread Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 ½ cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg, Whole
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips

Procedure

  1. Cream together sugar and melted butter
  2. Add eggs (one whole plus one yolk)
  3. When combined, add milk, vanilla extract, baking soda and bread flour
  4. Stir in chocolate chips
  5. Scoop chilled cookie dough onto parchment paper and bake at 400°F until light golden brown
