Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
"Creaming Method" refers to integrating the sugar into melted or soft butter at high speed in a stand mixer. A well-calibrated oven is essential for this recipe, as falling short of the 367° F temperature point at which sugar melts will radically alter the otherwise chewy texture.

Pre-heat Oven to 400°F
Ingredients
- 16 tbsp Melted Butter Salted, (2 Sticks)
- 2 ¼ cups Bread Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 ½ cups Brown Sugar
