Cinnamon Buns
This dessert originated in Scandinavia after spice traders introduced the continent to Sri Lankan Cinnamon. Over many years, they evolved to this American-style recipe using a cream cheese frosting. They make a delicious alternative to coffee cake.

- Allow the dough rolls to rise again for approximately 45-60 minutes
- Bake at 350°F until golden brown (around 40 minutes)
Frosting
- Whisk all frosting ingredients together in a stand mixer until light and fluffy, then chill the frosting in the fridge
- Once the cinnamon rolls are finished baking and have thoroughly cooled, spread the frosting evenly on top
