Hot Chocolate Mix

This is a tasty, simple Hot Chocolate powder mix that's cheaper and much more decadent than commercial pre-made mixes.

Ingredients

• 3 Parts Powdered Whole Milk Powder
• 1½ Parts White Sugar
• 2 Parts Dark Cocoa Powder

Individual Serving, by Volume

• 1 tbsp Powdered Whole Milk Powder
• 1½ tsp White Sugar
• 2 tsp Dark Cocoa Powder
• 6 oz hot water

Individual Serving, by Weight

• 10 grams Powdered Whole Milk Powder (Nestle Nido)
• 7.5 grams White Sugar
• 6 grams Dark Cocoa Powder (Hershey Special Dark Cocoa Powder)
• 6 oz hot water

Procedure

1. Combine all dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
2. Mix about ¼ Cup of dry combined powder with 6oz hot water to make one cup of Hot Chocolate.
