Vanilla Ice Cream
This is a basic, custard-style ice cream recipe that should work in most ice cream makers.

Ingredients
- 1 Can Evaporated Milk
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¼ tsp Salt
Procedure
- Whisk together all ingredients in a saucepan and place on medium-high heat.
- Continue to whisk until the liquid heats to about 140°F.
- Remove from heat and thoroughly chill the mixture in a fridge.
- Follow the instructions on your ice cream maker to churn into ice cream.
