Bibimbap Rice Bowl
This traditional Korean dish may look intimidating, but it's actually a very simple dish to prepare with lots of fresh vegetables

Ingredients
Bowl
- 1 Cup White Rice, Cooked
- 2 tbsp Canola Oil
- 1 Carrot, Julienned
- ½ Cup Green Cabbage, Shredded
- 2 Eggs
Beef
- 4-5 Slices Beef
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- ½ tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Chips
Procedure
- Start the white rice crisping up with canola oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat
- Prepare the vegetables (or choose your own) and set aside
- Begin to sautee the sliced beef in sesame oil over high heat. Once the meat begins to brown and sear, add soy sauce and garlic chips, then remove from heat and allow to steam
- Cook the eggs sunny side up, then remove from heat and set aside
- Prepare the rice bowls by putting the crispy rice down first, followed by sliced vegetables and beef, then finally the fried egg on top. Optionally garnish with chili paste and sesame seeds.
