Peanut Spring Roll Sauce
This sauce goes well with fresh vietnamese spring rolls. It's a balanced combination of salty and sweet (Peanut Butter), spicy (chili paste) and savory (hoisin sauce).
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp Sambal Oelek
- 1½ tbsp Hoisin Sauce
Procedure
- Combine the ingredients and thin with small amounts of water, if desired.
