Teriyaki Sauce

A basic teriyaki sauce that can be used on stirfried soba as well as beef and chicken recipes

Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

Sauce

  • 1 cup Water
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • ½ tsp Ground Ginger
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder

Thickener

  • 2 tbsp Corn Starch
  • ¼ cup Cold Water

Procedure

  1. Mix all sauce ingredients in a saucepan and place over medium-high heat until melted
  2. Combine the Corn Starch and cold water in a separate container, then add to the sauce and stir until thick
