Teriyaki Sauce
A basic teriyaki sauce that can be used on stirfried soba as well as beef and chicken recipes

Ingredients
Sauce
- 1 cup Water
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- ½ tsp Ground Ginger
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
Thickener
- 2 tbsp Corn Starch
- ¼ cup Cold Water
Procedure
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a saucepan and place over medium-high heat until melted
- Combine the Corn Starch and cold water in a separate container, then add to the sauce and stir until thick
