Dumpling Cloud Soup
This recipe details how to create potato "cloud" dumplings, which can be added to a basic vegetable or chicken soup.

Ingredients
- 1 Large Yellow Potato
- 2 tbsp AP Flour
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Procedure
- Peel and cook the potato, then break apart in a food processor.
- Combine the milk, egg, salt and pepper in the food processor, then slowly mix in flour by sifting on top.
- When the mix is consistently combined, scoop into a pot of hot soup using a tablespoon. Allow the dumplings to cook for about 5 minutes in a low simmer.
